For the 2nd annual Thomas Preti Events to Savor Long Island City neighborhood clean-up, our team showed up with pride, purpose, and a whole lot of energy, because taking care of the spaces we work in matters. From sidewalks to storefronts, we believe in keeping our community clean, beautiful, and thriving.

This year, alongside our incredible neighbors, we collected 644 pounds of garbage in just ONE hour! It is a true testament to what can happen when people come together for something bigger than themselves.

We’re proud to officially launch the first installment of PLATED! Our new digital YouTube series now streaming!

This debut episode is a true passion project, inspired by Chef Peter Bonizio’s journey through Japan and the discovery of traditional wagashi, now reimagined through our lens with the introduction of our handcrafted kohakutou; delicate, jewel-like crystal candies that have quickly become an obsession in our kitchen.

In collaboration with our lead mixologist Jeff Tonti, what started as inspiration has evolved into something entirely new, a fusion of culinary artistry and cocktail innovation. And with that, we’re kicking off KohakaTuesday! A weekly drop from our kitchen where we’ll be sharing new flavors, techniques, and behind-the-scenes moments as part of the PLATED series.

From concept to execution, this series is about pushing boundaries, exploring culture, and showcasing the level of creativity that drives everything we do at Thomas Preti Events to Savor. This is just the beginning…and the possibilities are endless.
