PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE
After ten years in the travel industry, I staged at Picasso in the Bellagio, Union Pacific under Rocco Di Spirito and Solera in Manhattan.  Freelanced for a ton of catering companies until I found the right one!  Personal Chef for various clients and Chef Tournant with Aspen Ski Company for on mountain dining and events.

FAVORITE PASTIME
Skiing out west, riding my motorcycle and bicycle, chilling on the beach with a good book or crossword puzzle.
