“OMG! Where do I begin? I don’t know whether to lead with the phenomenal food or your staff’s gracious service. I’ll start with food….in a word – AMAZING! To be clear, my biggest regret of the evening was that I didn’t eat more. Beginning with my grapefruit spritzer at photos right through desserts on the dance floor, no detail was overlooked.
The passed hors d’oeuvres were delicious and the stations were stunning. In addition to providing big bites of your fabulous food, those stations created the exact amount of activity I know the kids were looking for. My friends went nuts for your lamb chops and my cousin is still talking about the shrimps with the Bloody Mary pipette. Somehow you captured all the tastes of my kids wanted represented and we couldn’t be happier.
I don’t know how you could outdo cocktails, but then came dinner. It was absolutely perfect! And, by the way, how did you do that so fast? Desserts were fun, fun, fun and the vault with the schlagg couldn’t have been more beautiful or on point.
Now to your staff…. accommodating would be an understatement. I still don’t understand how they could be everywhere and nowhere at the same time. Folks are still talking about your table service. Lowering all the plates to the table at the same time was indescribable. What a beautiful surprise that was! Let me close by saying it has been a joy getting to know you both and I know I speak for Stephanie when I say that it has been our privilege to be the recipients of your exceptional talent.
