Sound River Studios is a spacious warehouse / gallery space on the Long Island City waterfront. The stunning views of the East River and Manhattan skyline from this 5500+ square-foot, 30-foot high, year-round event space make it ideal for promotional events and networking functions, film and photo shoots, art exhibitions and fashion events, weddings and other social gatherings.

Cooper Hewitt, Smithsonian Design Museum is housed in philanthropist and steel magnate Andrew Carnegie’s former mansion. Built at the turn of the century, its fin de siècle interiors feature ornate coffered oak ceilings, carved boiserie paneling, custom-made wallcoverings, and a conservatory with Palladian bronze and glass doors. A top-to-bottom interior and exterior renovation sensitively restored the grandeur of the mansion’s exquisite craftsmanship and injected contemporary architectural features to transform one of New York’s grandest residences into a dynamic, dramatic setting for gatherings of all sizes.

Situated on museum mile and steps away from the Guggenheim and Met, the mansion houses one of Manhattan’s largest enclosed gardens. The Arthur Ross Terrace and Garden has been designed to integrate contemporary landscape features with the garden’s historic plantings and is open year-round for tented or plein-air events. With expansive views of Central Park and the magnificent Carnegie Mansion, the garden offers a range of color and texture for seasonal interest, sophisticated lighting design, and an inviting green lawn for outdoor entertaining.

Founded in the 1800’s the Foster Farm is located in the heart of Sagaponack. Situated just one mile from the Atlantic Ocean, the property is comprised of 50 acres of open cropland divided by a long, grass landing strip.

An agricultural landmark, the Foster Farm is one of the oldest, undivided farms of the east end of Long Island. The land is in active use, raising flowers, and vegetables for numerous local restaurants as well as grains and heirloom corn for the Sagaponack Farm Distillery. The Farm, with its open space, long views and easy access is an exquisite location for weddings or private events.

Off the beaten path and nestled in the middle of a 1930’s farmstead, our Tasting Room is private and spacious. It makes a wonderful place to host your next event. We can accommodate festive dinners or cocktail parties corporate gatherings or casual meetings. We are located just a few minutes from Bridgehampton and open year round.

The 610 Loft & Garden is the 7th-floor penthouse of 610 Fifth Avenue, better known as La Maison Francaise, on the corner of Fifth Avenue and 49th Street. This brand-new space is the sister property to 620 Loft & Garden, with a mirrored rooftop garden oasis.
